My son purchased his first vehicle from ultimate motorcars. I was skeptical at first but that faded quickly. They made the process extremely easy, gave my son a very fair price on a really nice vehicle with low mileage. His monthly payments are even low and manageable! Eric was extremely professional and fun at the same time. Anyone looking for a good vehicle in or around the St. Augustine area I highly recommend checking this place out!!!

LET ME SHARE SOME REAL EXPERIENCE. We arrived at the dealer and started looking at built Wranglers. We were told that with our current financial status, it would be best if we considered a wrangler in another few years. So after test driving and looking at other inventory items, we purchased a 2015 BMW 328i and within the first drive home, it exhibited lots of issues, oil leaks, failed cooler, failed headlights, shutting off etc... Naturally, I was pretty upset. I called the owner and complained directly to him. They explained that they WILL NOT REFUND DOWN PAYMENTS, even if the product they sold doesn't function as advertised. BUT he assured me that he was going to work out a special deal for our troubles and that he commits to each sale until the customer is satisfied. We waited and waited and after lots of questionably low communication, he told us to come in and review our new options. We drove back to the dealer (over an hour away) and the owner had everything laid out to where he was able to surprise us by not only getting us into a wrangler, but the most built, sickest one he had on the lot. The one vehicle on the lot we loved over any other!
Now besides all of this, during the situation with the BMW failure, we started shopping around at other dealers. EVERY DEALER we went to and inquired on Wranglers were unable to get us in one or even close. SO WITH THIS SAID, I realize the owner at Ultimate Motor Cars was in fact, working a special deal, going above and beyond and flexing his connections that he has financially. This wasn't a "flip sale that fell part in his hands so now he's actually trying" type thing.
The BMW was a "wrong car, right dealer" situation and they went the extra mile to put us in something we REALLY wanted and make it right. I am now driving a vehicle that every other dealer said wouldn't be possible at all.
They made the experience great and fixed every discrepancy regarding the customers' experience. If you are ok with waiting, ok with 50/50 call backs, some typical dealer shmoozing and the fact that every vehicle on the lot needs an alignment, lol this place is actually a GEM. Just remember, a down payment is a commitment to do business with them so take the extra time that I, even with deep mechanical experience, took for granted.
I went from worrying I was getting scammed and wishing I never went there to now we are so happy that we did go there because we got put into a vehicle nobody else could put us in!!!... More

Hands down one of the best car buying experiences. I called about a Jeep Wrangler they had for sale after looking all around Jacksonville for one. They had the best price around and worked with us on getting some very small discrepancies and a fresh set of tires all within our budget. It’s definitely a place I will be returning to for future purchases. Adam H was amazing!

I've waited two weeks before posting a review just to let my feelings neutral out. I will begin my review by saying the Jeep is EXACTLY what my husband wanted and he has loved every minute of having it. We love almost 10 hours away and when he saw it online he was bound and determined to get it. Jeep is 10/10 and we got a great deal. HOWEVER, the communication with this car lot, particularly Chad one of the sales associates. There were some issues with the bank that no one had control over and that's okay. I do however have an issue with being told multiple times over an almost 6 week period that follow up calls would be made, but they were not. I had no idea what was going on the entire process unless I was calling and asking. I had to call multiple times in a row days after being told "I'll call you back in an hour" "I'll call you tomorrow" etc. My husband and I were also told that pictures would be taken and sent to us before the Jeep left the lot just to show there were no cosmetic issues they weren't notated, which did not happen. Actually, we weren't even aware the Jeep had left the lot until I called mid-evening the day after I was told it was getting picked up. Communication guys, all it takes is a simple text, or a 2 minute phone call with an update. Overall I would probably give the lot another chance at some point in the future.
*I will also add in that about 3 weeks into our process my husband had noticed a pretty large dent in the rear driver door and was ready to back out of the deal. Eric was super quick to come to an agreement within reasonable terms to have the door fixed and painted, you can't even tell the dent was ever there. Thankful he was able to fix the situation.... Ultimate Motor Cars and their amazing staff are the best! My experience from the start has been amazing, Adam H. really went above and beyond. I'm not a local customer and Adam made this the easiest car purchase ever, I was in and out in less than an hour with a much lower APR and prime lender. My new to me Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon Hard Rock is a beauty, it has many extras that weren't included in the initial description which was a very pleasant surprise. My purchase also included a great warranty. Communication throughout this process has been amazing as well, Adam even called to make sure I made it home safe!
